25 Things about ME!

So I figure I'll go ahead and get this out of the way.... here goes

1. Clowns creep me out – I guess this goes back to early childhood, but it was pretty much a done deal when I saw Poltergeist.

2. Not a big fan of Snoopy – Again, this is a childhood thing. Please don’t make me have to relive the terror and explain why.

3. I don’t like to be in or drive in the HOV lanes – Not because I don’t think the concept isn’t good, I just have this irrational fear of feeling closed in and not being able to escape.

4. I hated being an only child – I discovered at an early age that imaginary friends don’t carry on good conversations.

5. I’m very possessive – ummmm, just ask Darren on this one.

6. I’m lucky enough to have found my best friend and soul mate and married him – I also experienced all of my adult “1st”s with him as well.

7. I’m left handed – this sucks in a world made for right handers!

8. I have a fear of death – It’s too permanent for me and I refuse to say good bye to people I love.

9. I love Chihuahua ’s – especially my sweet, cute, tiny, little, attack Darren on command, Tellulah Belle.

10. I have insomnia – I’m just too much of a “type a” person.

11. I remained drunk for the majority of my senior year in college – hey, it seemed like a good idea at the time.

12. I cry when I’m mad – Yet another childhood thing. I never really learned to deal with emotions well.

13. I have an addiction to facebook, twitter and video games…especially RPG’s.

14. If/when I decide to grow up, I want to live inside the Magic Kingdom Castle at Walt Disney World.

15. I’ve attended mass at the Vatican – It was so beautiful it literally brought me to tears.

16. I’ve never gone to Mexico – Despite living in Texas most of my life.

17. I invoke a strict “no talking” rule in the house when American Idol is on.

18. I hate Geese – you guessed it, another childhood thing.

19. I secretly like Darren’s iPhone, but I would NEVER tell him…wait, err, can I retract that statement… oh never mind!

20. Darren spoils me rotten – most people close to me already know this, however those who aren’t too familiar with me or our history together, trust me when I say, he supports me in the manner in which I have become accustomed to.

21. My teen idol crush was Scott Baio – I even got his autograph and I’m ashamed to admit this, but I even saw him in concert at six flags.

22. My favorite color is blue - my last 4 cars have all been blue.

23. Speaking of cars – I cried the day I traded in my VW Bug for a minivan. (Although I LOVE the reason why)

24. I love to scrapbook – I’ve done this since the 6th grade, but didn’t really get into it until after 9/11

25. My idea of a wonderful time is getting iced in with my family and playing video games all day while baking cookies.

Ok, so there you have it. Yes, I need more psychotherapy, yes, I'm neurotic, I'd even venture to say I'm eccentric. But hey, it's all about me!
